Editor Suggestion Regarding Bumps on Yorkie Skin

Hi Tarina,

Sorry to hear about the skin problem on your Yorkie.

Based on the information provided, the little bumps on your 6-year-old dog that look like pimples or skin tags are generally not an immediate cause for concern. These could be benign growths (not cancer) such as sebaceous cysts or small warts.

Whenever you see growths or changes in your pet's skin condition, the bumps should be monitored for signs of growth, color change, irritation, or discomfort.

My recommendation is to keep an eye on these bumps, and if you notice any changes or if they seem to be bothering your dog, schedule an appointment with your veterinarian for a proper examination and diagnosis.

It's always good to have any new growths or skin changes evaluated by a professional to rule out more serious underlying issues.

Please keep us up to date on your Yorkie's condition.
